My happy birthday
The wonderful thing about October is that my birthday finally comes...
And as with any celebration, treats, greetings and lots of wine.
This year on my friend's request I've
made a banana-raspberry cake.
To be honest fruity-fruity cakes are not my among faves but anyhow this one turned out to be quite
nice. I layered the sponge with a kind of banana panna cotta and topped with mascarpone based raspberry cream.
At least nobody complained :)
